About Power of Heroes
Power of Heroes is a continuing fantasy series by Lucas Angel, set across the world of Sramad. The Power of Family is available to pre-order ahead of publication on 29 January 2027, with four more main-series books and the companion prequel Jorgen the Bear announced.

Lucas Angel
Long before The Power of Family opened for pre-order, Lucas Angel had spent years reading fantasy, creating original stories and writing fan fiction. One story grew into a series, the series grew into Sramad, and the maps, histories and characters kept multiplying.
Lucas has spent far longer than any sensible timetable would recommend planning, rewriting and expanding Power of Heroes. The result is a character-led epic fantasy about fractured families, ancient powers, dangerous cities and people who refuse to accept the lives others have chosen for them. The Power of Family is his debut novel and the opening of that larger journey.
The novels are only one way into Sramad. The companion Atlas collects the places, people and histories behind the stories, while the author journal shares release news and glimpses of the work still taking shape. Lucas keeps his private life separate from his work and prefers to let the books and their world speak for him.
